Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager Apparel Retail (Male)

Location: Vaishali Nagar Jaipur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Timings: Reporting time between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Must stay till store closing)

Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. One weekly off can be taken on any weekday.

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Store Manager (Male) for our retail outlet in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be responsible, self-motivated, and have the ability to handle day-to-day store operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

-Manage staff, customer service, and in-store activities.

-Maintain inventory, stock levels, and cleanliness of the store.

-Drive sales and ensure monthly targets are met.

-Handle customer queries, complaints, and build customer relationships.

-Supervise store closing and ensuring all procedures are followed properly.

Requirements:

-Prior experience in store management or retail operations preferred.

-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Basic knowledge of billing, stock handling, and POS systems.

-Must be punctual and willing to stay until the store closes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
