Handle delivery exceptions such as delays, incorrect addresses, or damaged goods. 5. Shipping & Documentation Prepare shipping invoices, packing lists, and labels directly from Shopify or ERP. Customer Communication Respond promptly to order-related inquiries via email, calls, or WhatsApp. Share shipment tracking updates proactively. Resolve complaints and returns in coordination with the warehouse and logistics. 7. Reporting & Analysis Generate weekly reports from Shopify and ERP on order volumes, delivery timelines, and fulfillment rates.
