• Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Schedule staff shifts using scheduling software to optimize productivity.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in store management or related roles.
• Proficiency in inventory, sales, and store management.
• Strong analytical skills for sales analysis and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and staff scheduling software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
