Job Description

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Store Manager in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are a leading retail company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a vibrant work environment. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage inventory levels and execute merchandising plans.
Lead sales management and analysis to maximize revenue.
Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting.
Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Schedule staff shifts using scheduling software to optimize productivity.
Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in store management or related roles.
Proficiency in inventory, sales, and store management.
Strong analytical skills for sales analysis and financial reporting.
Familiarity with POS systems and staff scheduling software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
