Store Manager - Footwear

Role Overview: As a Store Manager at Reliance Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving departmental performance in alignment with company objectives. Your role will involve achieving revenue targets, controlling inventory levels, adhering to Mockshop guidelines, implementing SOPs, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing people effectively. Additionally, you will be required to focus on financial planning and budgeting, optimize manpower resources, enhance product knowledge among staff, and uphold policies, processes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve revenue and gross margin targets - Control inventory level and shrinkage - Adhere to Mockshop guidelines - Implement SOPs with 100% accuracy - Ensure statutory compliance - Achieve AOP targets - Manage people effectively - Control inventory and minimize expenses - Increase average transaction value per customer - Control attrition and optimize manpower resources - Provide functional and behavioral training to staff - Implement and adhere to SOPs in the department - Gather consumer data for feedback - Interact with internal stakeholders such as subordinates, housekeeping team, support functions, etc. - Engage with external stakeholders including vendors and external brand supervisors Qualification Required: - Graduation degree - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role Additional Company Details: Reliance Retail, founded in 2006, is India's largest and most profitable retailer with an omni-channel presence across various platforms.
