Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement. Monitor sales trends and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff. Motivate and empower staff to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Inventory and Operations: Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Handle cash reconciliation and other financial tasks. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing. Customer Service: Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience. Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Provide styling advice and recommendations to customers. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy. Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing plans and promotions to attract customers and drive sales. Maintain brand image and promote the store's values. Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the ethnic wear industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software. Ability to work with data and analyze performance metrics. Passion for ethnic wear and knowledge of current trends. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
