o Issuance of Proforma Invoices and handle any amendments to Proforma Invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications. o Update relevant information in SAP, including pricing, terms, and shipment details, to ensure proper tracking of export documentation. o Creation of sales orders in SAP based on customer purchase orders and internal requirements, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company policies. o Preparation of export invoices and packing lists that accurately reflect shipment details and comply with international regulations. o Verification of shipping bills by ensuring that the details match the sales order, export invoice, and packing list. o Confirm the shipping bill details to the Customs House Agent (CHA) and resolve any discrepancies promptly o Review and verify the accuracy of Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, ensuring that all shipment details are correctly reflected before final confirmation. o Issuance of Certificates of Origin in accordance with export requirements and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of certificates o Preparation of insurance certificates for export shipments, ensuring that the coverage aligns with customer and company policies. o Experience into SAP Software is must. o We need minimum 3-5 years of experience.
