 Store Manager (Retail) – Job Description   Job Title          : Retail – Store Manager Department     : Operations Job Type         : Full Time Location          : Jaipur, Rajasthan   Duties & Responsibilities: ·       Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures. ·       Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability ·       Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. ·       Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. ·       Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. ·       Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. ·       Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures ·       Ensures availability of merchandise and services and maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. ·       Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. ·       Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment ·       Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths ·       Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc. ·       Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.     Requirements and skills: ·       Powerful leading skills and business orientation ·       Customer management skills ·       Strong organizational skills ·       Good communication and interpersonal skills ·       Graduate ·       Basis MS office
