Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in inventory/store management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing medical and non-medical inventory, ensuring availability of critical supplies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with hospital procurement and safety policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all inventory including medicines, consumables, and equipment. Ensure timely procurement, stocking, and distribution of required items to all departments. Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, price negotiation, and timely delivery. Monitor stock levels regularly and prevent shortages or overstocking. Maintain up-to-date records of stock issuance, receipts, and returns. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and shelf-life monitoring of medical supplies. Coordinate with the accounts and purchase department for invoice processing and payments. Implement and ensure adherence to hospital inventory protocols and policies. Train and supervise store assistants and support staff. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Key Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills Knowledge of medical inventory and hospital supply chain Familiarity with store/inventory management software Excellent communication and team management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field preferred) Certification in Store/Inventory Management is an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,711.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 16/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 14/06/2025
