Store Manager – Laundry & Dry Cleaning (Fabrico) Location: Greater Brajeshwari Near Scheme 140, Indore Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days/week) Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our Fabrico laundry & dry-cleaning store. The role includes store handling, customer coordination, staff supervision, billing, order tracking, and ensuring quality service & timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations: opening/closing, cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow Handle customers at counter: booking orders, understanding garment issues, giving proper guidance Prepare billing, collect payments, manage cash/card/UPI and daily cash reconciliation Coordinate with production team for washing, dry-cleaning, ironing/steam press, packing & dispatch Ensure correct tagging, order entry, tracking, and zero mix-ups/missing items Maintain service quality standards and handle customer complaints professionally Supervise staff (counter/packer/delivery/pressman), allocate tasks and monitor performance Maintain inventory of consumables (detergent, chemicals, packaging material, tags, etc.) Maintain daily reports: sales, pending orders, deliveries, complaints, expenses, stock Follow company SOPs and ensure safety & machine care (basic monitoring) Requirements / Skills Minimum 1–2 years experience as store manager/supervisor/counter manager (service/retail preferred) Good communication & customer handling skills Basic computer knowledge: billing software / Excel / WhatsApp Strong team handling, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines Preference: Experience in laundry/dry-cleaning/retail operations What We Offer Stable job with growth opportunity Performance-based increment/bonus (as per performance) Training on store SOPs & process
