Job Description

Role Overview:

Stores Head Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all
stores and inventory operations
across pan-India data center projects.
Define and implement
SOPs for stores management
, material handling, receipts, issues, and documentation.
Ensure
material availability
for construction and project execution within defined timelines.
Coordinate with
Procurement, Projects, and Finance
teams for planning, reconciliation, and audits.
Manage
logistics planning and dispatches
for material movement between sites and warehouses.
Track and control
inventory levels, slow-moving, and non-moving items
.
Lead periodic
physical stock audits
and ensure system vs. physical reconciliation.
Drive
digitization/automation
of stores management (ERP systems, barcoding, etc.).
Develop and train site store teams; ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners for better
cost and delivery efficiency
.
Prepare and present
MIS reports
to management for inventory performance and cost control.

Desired Profile:

Graduate/Diploma in
Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
.
Minimum
15+ years
experience in
Stores / Inventory / Logistics
roles.
Experience in
Construction, Manufacturing, or Data Center
industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP)
.
Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel across India and manage multi-location operations.
