Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service excellence.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Plan and implement promotional activities to boost footfall and revenue.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store hygiene.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze business trends.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.
Manage store budgets, control shrinkage, and ensure optimal cost management.
Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate stock counts and billing processes.
Coordinate with regional managers and head office for store updates and reporting.
Implement training programs for staff development and performance improvement.
Take ownership of store Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive profitability through effective planning.
Ensure excellent customer experience through strong CRM practices and feedback analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.A.). MBA or Diploma in Retail Management is an added advantage.
13 years of experience in retail/store operations
Retail (Fashion, FMCG, Electronics, Lifestyle, Supermarkets, etc.), Hospitality, or Customer Service sectors. Willing to relocate or travel as per store location requirements.
Proficient in English and local language for effective communication with team and customers.
