Oversee daily operations of the Sharetea store in Hyderabad, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Manage and train a team of store workers to prepare authentic bubble tea drinks and maintain Sharetea's high standards.
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
Monitor inventory, order supplies (e.g., tea leaves, tapioca pearls, flavorings), and ensure cost-effective stock management.
Implement Sharetea's brand guidelines, including hygiene, presentation, and customer experience standards.
Drive sales through in-store promotions, upselling, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive store reputation.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and support national expansion efforts.

Preferred candidate profile:

2+ years of experience in store management, preferably in the food and beverage industry (quick-service restaurants or cafes).
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and motivating staff.
Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high operational standards.
Familiarity with Bubble tea preparation or willingness to undergo Sharetea's training program.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Hyderabad's local market is a plus.
