Prepare authentic Sharetea bubble tea drinks (e.g., Taro, Mango, Matcha, Red Bean) following standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
Operate and maintain drink preparation equipment, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and recommending drinks.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming store atmosphere.
Support the store manager in daily operations and promotional activities to drive sales.

Preferred candidate profile:

1+ years of experience in food and beverage preparation, preferably in a cafe or quick-service restaurant (freshers with enthusiasm welcome).
Ability to learn and master Shareteas bubble tea preparation techniques through provided training.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of bubble tea or interest in learning about Taiwanese beverage culture is a plus!
