A reputed 5 star chain of hotel is looking for F&B Associates and Supervisor for there property in Hyderabad. Role & responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food/drinks, process payments, and handle complaints professionally. Operations: Set up/clear tables, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, restock supplies, and follow health/safety protocols (HACCP/Hygiene). Sales & Promotion: Upsell items, promote specials, and contribute to sales targets. Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff, support different F&B areas (bars, banquets, room service). Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality. Preferred candidate profile Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food, beverages, and menus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods. Attention to detail and cleanliness.
