Job Description

A reputed 5 star chain of hotel is looking for F&B Associates and Supervisor for there property in Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities

  • Guest Service:

    Greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food/drinks, process payments, and handle complaints professionally.

  • Operations:

    Set up/clear tables, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, restock supplies, and follow health/safety protocols (HACCP/Hygiene).

  • Sales & Promotion:

    Upsell items, promote specials, and contribute to sales targets.

  • Teamwork:

    Collaborate with other staff, support different F&B areas (bars, banquets, room service).

  • Compliance:

    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food, beverages, and menus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
