The role involves being responsible for the operations and maintenance of On Premise or client dedicated computing platforms and servers. You will be in charge of installing, maintaining, patching, upgrading, and continuously improving the operating environment. Additionally, you will provide maintenance and support for all systems in scope, including installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, troubleshooting, conducting incident resolution, and liaising with other IT teams and third-party vendors. You will also be responsible for developing and executing plans for patching, maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies. It is essential to develop capabilities on emerging technologies, define processes, conduct compliance and quality checks, and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.,
