Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Control & Stock Management

    • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
    • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
    • Conduct periodic

      physical stock verification

      and reconcile with system records.
    • Prevent stock losses through effective inventory control and proper storage.

  2. Material Handling & Documentation

    • Receive, inspect, and record all goods received (GRN preparation).
    • Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain dispatch records.
    • Maintain

      bin cards, stock registers, and ERP entries

      regularly.
    • Coordinate with the accounts and procurement departments for material reconciliation.

  3. Coordination & Reporting

    • Liaise with purchase, production, and finance teams for timely supply and billing updates.
    • Prepare

      daily/weekly/monthly stock reports

      and consumption summaries.
    • Report stock discrepancies, damages, or slow-moving items to management.

  4. Warehouse Organization

    • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of materials.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store premises.

  5. System & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with internal audit and company policies.
    • Support annual stock audits and provide necessary documentation.
