Role: Store Keeper

Desired Skills and Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate (relevant field preferred) OR Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in site-based E&I projects
• Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, and Erection hardware

Key Responsibilities

• Manage materials for E&I project work, including Electrical, Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, Erection hardware, and accessories
• Handle site store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Coordinate regularly with the main store / central warehouse for material requirements, transfers, and shortages
• Monitor stock levels, track consumption, and report shortages or excess materials
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material reports
• Support material reconciliation between physical stock and system records
• Maintain proper documentation for Material Receipt Notes (MRN/ GRN), Delivery Challans, and issue slips
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss
• Assist in tool and tackle management, including tracking and return from site teams
• Communicate effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors regarding material availability
