Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking medical supplies, consumables, and surgical implants.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Coordinate closely with hospital departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of surgical implants, instruments, and other critical medical equipment.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective stock management systems to reduce wastage, prevent stockouts, and optimize storage capacity.
Maintain accurate documentation, stock registers, GRN, and issue records with adherence to hospital policies and audit requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and clinical teams to resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, inventory control, vendor supply, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, expiry management, and proper storage protocols for temperature-sensitive medical items.
