Accounts Payable Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  and

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  processes efficiently.
• Maintain

  accurate books of accounts

  , including entries, ledgers, and monthly reconciliations.
• Monitor and ensure

  daily credit realisations

  , follow-ups, and timely collections.
• Prepare

  financial schedules, statements, and supporting documents

  for monthly/annual closing.
• Perform

  reconciliation of control accounts

  across the

  KIMS Group

  and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in

  audit-related work

  , including data compilation, documentation, and responding to auditor queries.
• Ensure compliance with

  accounting standards

  , internal controls, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for

  invoice verification, vendor queries, and payment processing

  .
• Support the finance team in

  MIS reporting

  and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 - 5 years of experience

  in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong understanding of

  accounting principles, reconciliation, AP/AR, and financial reporting

  .

• Working proficiency in MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Qualification:

  B.Com / M.Com

  (MBA Finance preferred).
• Good

  communication skills

  , analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with

  deadlines, multi-task

  , and maintain accuracy.
