Accounts Payable Executive

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices along with complete documentation. Your key tasks will include: - Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts - Reconciling vendor statements - Efficiently resolving any discrepancies that may arise - Maintaining records - Preparing reports such as vendor ageing reports - Coordinating with vendors for follow-ups and necessary documentation - Supporting month-end closing and audit activities for the finance department. To excel in this position, you are required to hold a B.Com or MBA degree or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel is a must. You should be able to showcase strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Previous experience in a service-based or SME environment would be considered a significant advantage.
