Store Executive / Store Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Control:

  Lead the management of all incoming materials (raw materials, components) and outgoing Finished Goods, including receiving, inspection, proper storage, issuing to production, and dispatch.

• System & Transaction Management (Must-Have):

  Accurately and promptly record all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) directly in the companys

  SAP/ERP system

• Documentation:

  Prepare and maintain essential store documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Notes (MRN), Stock Transfer Notes, and Gate Passes.

• Warehouse Operations:

  Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are safe, clean, and organized according to 5S principles and strict industry safety/quality standards. Conduct regular physical verification/cycle counting to match system stock with physical inventory.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, minimize material handling time, and contribute to overall store operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  Minimum

  3+ years

  of hands-on experience in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or a Warehouse Supervisory role, specifically within the Manufacturing or Engineering sector.

• Technical Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):

  Mandatory working proficiency with a major ERP system, preferably SAP (MM Module)

  , for daily transaction recording and reporting.

• Education:

  ITI / Diploma / Bachelors degree (Mechanical or related field preferred).

• Skills:

  Strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and good physical fitness for material handling supervision.
