Store Incharge

Looking for a store manager who oversees all meat procurement, including fresh fish, mutton, chicken and prawns. This strategic role demands strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the meat markets to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The manager should maintain vendor relationships, identifies new sourcing opportunities, responsible for increasing customer walk-ins, implementation of marketing strategies and contributes to profitability and customer satisfaction.

Incentives: Annual Incentives will be awarded based on performance

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customers, so they should be friendly and polite.
• Ability to Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges
• Follow store policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking, as needed
• Procure Fresh meat from the vendors on daily basis.
• Inventory maintenance and management
• Strong customer service skills
• Good contact building skills.
• To maintain, train and hire employees as required.
• Resolving complaints: Cashiers should be able to handle complaints professionally and quickly.
• Processing returns and exchanges: Cashiers may be responsible for processing returns and exchanges.
• Counting and balancing: Cashiers should count and balance their cash drawer at the end of each day.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have the Brand first mentality
• Prior Cash handling experience
• Knowledge on MS Office and computer skills
• Open and Free minded to take up any other responsibilities as and when assigned.
• Basic Knowledge on marketing and branding
