Role Overview: Position: Production In-Charge Industry: Kids Garments / Apparel Manufacturing Experience: 5–10 years in a production leadership role (preferably in kidswear) Key Skills: Line balancing, daily production planning Team & supervisor management Quality control & inline issue handling Real-time floor monitoring & output tracking Familiarity with SAM, OB, efficiency, and lean manufacturing is preferred Expectations: We need someone hands-on, with strong leadership, who can implement: Daily productivity tracking Supervisor and line performance audits Bottleneck resolution and output improvement Factory discipline and team motivation The current factory output is underperforming, and we are looking for someone capable of driving major improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (from job posting to joining formalities). Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination. Maintain compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and factory regulations. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and shift scheduling. Maintain discipline and grievance handling on the production floor. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team motivation. Prepare HR reports and MIS for management. Ensure safe and positive work environment within factory premises.
Job Summary:The Printing Colour Master is responsible for developing, matching, and approving print colours as per buyer requirements and ensuring colour consistency across all batches. The role involves coordination with design, sampling, and production teams to maintain high-quality print standards. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and match print colours as per artwork, Pantone shade, or buyer requirement. Conduct colour trials and ensure shade accuracy before bulk production. Maintain colour recipes and shade cards for future reference. Check colour fastness, brightness, and print quality on different fabrics. Handle pigment, reactive, and discharge printing colours (as applicable). Coordinate with the printing department for daily production and quality control. Minimize shade variation and wastage during production. Maintain proper records of dyes, chemicals, and mixing ratios. Support in sampling and strike-off approval process. Ensure timely completion of colour matching and bulk printing schedule. Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the printing lab. Required Skills:Strong knowledge of textile dyes, pigments, and colour mixing. Understanding of different printing techniques (screen printing, rotary, digital, etc.). Good sense of shade matching and colour calibration. Ability to handle lab dips, strike-offs, and shade approvals. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and shade reference. Team coordination and attention to detail. Qualification:Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. in Textile Chemistry or Printing Technology (preferred). Relevant practical experience in garment / fabric printing industry.

Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (raw material, finished goods, trims, packing material etc.) Regular physical stock counting & tally with software Ensure no stock variance, damage, or shortage 2. Stock Inward & OutwardReceive material from suppliers with proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Issue material to production against proper requisition Record all inward/outward entries in software (ERP/Tally/Excel) 3. Stock Storage & ArrangementMaintain proper bin location, rack-wise storage system Labeling, tagging & FIFO (First In First Out) method follow Ensure material is stored safely (no moisture, dust, damage) 4. CoordinationCoordinate with Purchase Dept for material requirement Coordinate with Production Dept for issuing material on time Coordinate with Accounts for stock valuation & audit 5. Dispatch / Logistics SupportPrepare packing list / challan for dispatch Ensure finished goods are packed & stored order-wise Handover goods to transporter with proper documentation 6. Reporting & DocumentationDaily stock report (opening, receipt, issued, balance) Monthly stock audit & variance report Maintain records: GRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Ledger, etc. 7. Loss / Damage ControlReport any stock loss, leakage, expired or damaged items Implement preventive measures to avoid pilferage & theft 8.
