Job Description

Role:- Stores Incharge - R & D (Executive / Sr. Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all store operations at the R&D centre
Receive and unload raw materials, ensuring proper verification of documents (Invoice, Test Report, Safety Data Sheet, etc.)
Segregate and stack chemicals/materials according to compatibility and safety guidelines
Issue materials to R&D Lab, and ARD teams against approved indents
Maintain strict housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe store environment
Manage loading and dispatch of materials as per schedule
Handle all documentation related to inward receipts and outward dispatches
Maintain safety certifications and SOP documentation for regulatory and internal audits

Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
Hands-on experience with SAP and GRN processes
Expertise in chemical storage and compatibility management
Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and compliance
Knowledge of safety standards, SOPs, and audit requirements

Qualification:

Nature of Experience:

8-12 years in Stores/Warehouse function within Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharma, or Specialty Chemicals sector
Proven track record of managing store operations independently
Exposure to chemical handling protocols and safety certifications is essential
