Store Incharge

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

• To Manage the Stock of FILMS, Cylinders, Inks, Packaging Material in the orgainisation
• Maintain the ledger for films, add the film received from vendor and minus the film which is printed on Printing Machine
• To manage and match the stock of film as per EPR system,
• To enter the cylinder rack number in ERP Software, and On shade cards, also ensure the cylinder to be lift from the particular rack no. and to be returned back on particular rack assigned for that job
• To maintain the inventory of New Cylinders and do the proper marking on the cylinders with help of Stickers Format assigned for the cylinders, and keep the excel sheet ready for those cylinders/job
• To identify those jobs which are not running for long time, and see how we can use these cylinders, either by returning them, or by using those cylinders in any NEW job, or in last case sell the cylinders to the scrap delaers, also to maintain the stock/record for the same in register and excel sheet
• To ensure all the company policies get implemented amicably, and keep the record of Policy deviation and present it during the monthly meeting with Directors
• To keep and maintain the records for Inks and solvents in google sheet and based on google sheet and minimum stock level raise the material requirement note to the purchase department,
• To maintain the stock of stationery in the unit, place the requirement and make the data of monthly consumption of stationery
• To participate in the store audit with entire Stock
• To maintain the store 5S - housekeeping and orderliness of the store
• To Implement the company policies
• To upgrade own self and train the team members

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
