1. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
2. Maintain and update quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
3. Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits by certification bodies.
4. Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities.
5. Conduct management reviews and present findings, metrics, and improvement plans.
6. To schedule training to employees on QMS processes and quality-related topics and ISO and on other certification need.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Lean, and Kaizen.
8. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and practices.
9.Built process to ensure maximum efficiency with minimum wastage.
10. To ensure proper implementation of ISO in organization with proper knowledge and ISO experience to handle the team.
