Overseeing stocktaking and minimizing stockouts and overstocking. Coordinating with suppliers to maintain efficient product flow. Sales and Customer Service: Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers. Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively. Store Operations: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Implementing security and safety protocols. Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Financial Management: Managing the store budget and monitoring expenses. Tracking sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
