Role Overview

The Store In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store at Greenspace Herbs. This role ensures that inventory is managed effectively, staff are supervised efficiently, and all operations run smoothly while adhering to company standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and manage store staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels, including stock control, ordering, and timely replenishment.
  • Ensure store compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on stock movement, staff performance, and store efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
  • Support promotional activities and initiatives to optimize store efficiency and contribute to business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in inventory or store management (preferred in herbal, pharma, or nutraceutical industries).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
