Position : Store In charge
Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:
· Fill Goods Inward, Day Book, and Daily Collection Register.
· Arrange and complete inspections during monthly stock check audits.
· Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse area.
· Maintain all materials handling equipment in good condition.
· Document receipts and issues accurately and verify stock at all stages.
· Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished coffee products.
· Maintain stock levels per production requirements and reorder levels.
· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verifications.
· Monitor FIFO/FEFO principles for stock rotation.
· Supervise warehouse staff for loading, unloading, stacking, labelling, and cleanliness.
· Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward goods.
· Maintain warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.
· Monitor storage conditions per food safety and company standards.
· Maintain records of GRNs, stock registers, dispatch invoices, and gate passes.
· Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with QA for quality checks on received and stored coffee products.
· Coordinate with production team for indent and issue of materials from stores.
· Coordinate with procurement and accounts for inward material reconciliation.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE by warehouse staff.
· In absence of warehouse in charge Production manager will handle the responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
