About the Role:

Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of
inward & outward materials
.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability as per production requirements.
Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
Coordinate with
purchase and production teams
for timely material supply.
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and other store documentation.
Regular stock verification and reconciliation with accounts.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP/Excel-based inventory systems.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure material safety.
Follow company policies, safety, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
as Store Incharge/Storekeeper in a manufacturing industry (metal fabrication preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material management, and stock auditing.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in coordination with multiple teams.
