Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods. Experiment with new techniques and ingredients to innovate and elevate the menu. Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role. Degree/Diploma in Bakery Arts, Culinary Arts, or relevant certification. Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, dessert plating, and food safety standards. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Creativity, passion for baking, and a flair for presentation. Knowledge of operating bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and proofers. Preferred Skills:Experience in artisan breads, sourdoughs, laminated pastries, and custom cakes. Knowledge of dietary baking (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with costing and pricing baked products.
