Job Description

Check the material received from the supplier and maintain a list of it
Ensure materials are dispatched on time and safely
Manage the inventories of EIPL (Raw Material/Work in progress goods/consumables/machinery & tools/office assets and returnable.
Reconcile all materials on a periodic basis
Coordinate with procurement to issue materials on time
Coordinate with the transport vendors to ensure materials reach on time
Prepare necessary documents to dispatch the materials to project
Check the material received from the supplier and maintain a list of it
Follow documentation procedures regarding GRN, material indent, stock register etc
Ensure materials are dispatched on time and safely
Arrange labour for loading & unloading the materials
Maintain a list of non-moving materials and unusable materials
Ensure that the unusable and non-moving materials are returned to the factory or the relevant place
Intimate Factory for materials returned
Intimate the Purchase department for goods returned to vendors
Reconcile, declare all residual stock and follow standard liquidation process
