Job summary: The Store In-charge at Atulya Machines Rajkot is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organized management of the company's inventory and materials. With at least 1 year of experience, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production and other departments. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will contribute to streamlining store operations and optimizing inventory control processes. Responsibility 1. Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. 2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimized. 3. Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner. 4. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of materials for production and other departments. 5. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. 6. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and systems. 7. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. 8. Collaborate with other departments to understand their material requirements and coordinate deliveries accordingly. 9. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, or material quality. 10. Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and accurate store operations. Qualification and Courses: Graduation and similar education. At least 1 year of experience as a Store In-charge or similar role. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. Familiarity with storekeeping and warehousing procedures. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient in using inventory management software or tools.
