Store In-charge

Core responsibilities

• Inventory and stock management:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving materials and issuing them to production or customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or ERP software.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum levels are maintained to avoid shortages or excess.
• Conduct regular stock counts and prepare reconciliation statements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all goods, including quality checks and identifying non-moving or expired items.
• Staff management and supervision:
• Oversee and supervise store staff, which may include scheduling and performance reviews.
• Train new and existing staff on products, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Daily operations:
• Ensure the store is properly set up and presented for opening each day.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Handle customer service issues, complaints, and inquiries.
• Reporting and administration:
• Prepare and maintain various store reports, such as monthly statements, daily activity logs, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with other departments or external vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolves issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management
• Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong Customer Relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in the inventory management job profiles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
