Store In-charge

Job Description We are seeking a Store & Warehouse In-Charge from the garment industry with strong experience in inventory management, fabric/raw material handling , and overall warehouse operations . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient dispatches, and smooth coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory control of raw materials and finished goods. Oversee daily material receipt, inspection, and documentation . Maintain inward/outward stock records and conduct monthly physical stock verification using ABC analysis. Ensure timely dispatches as per sales orders and handle related documentation. Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material planning and flow. Supervise picking, packing, storage , and warehouse staff for smooth daily operations Monitor and control rejected, returned, and non-moving stock . Required Skills: Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and raw materials in the garment industry. Experience in warehouse management , dispatch planning , and inventory systems . Proficiency in MS Excel, Word , and computerised inventory software. Familiarity with inbound/outbound operations and material handling equipment . Strong leadership and team management skills.
