Pick and Drop Facility would be there from Naigaon station

Role Overview

The Stores Executive in the Mumbai Kaman Store Section is responsible for maintaining daily stock entries, preparing GRNs, updating system data, and ensuring physical stock accuracy. The role requires strong documentation skills, Google Drive proficiency, and coordination with warehouse and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Stock & Inventory Entry

Enter all daily stock in/out data accurately.

Maintain updated records of materials received, issued, transferred, or consumed.

Ensure all entries are uploaded and maintained properly in Google Drive.

2. GRN (Goods Received Note) Preparation

Prepare and update GRNs for received materials.

Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Upload all GRN documents to Google Drive folders for proper record-keeping.

3. Physical vs System Stock Verification

Conduct regular physical stock checks.

Match physical stock with system stock and report discrepancies.

Assist in monthly and quarterly audits.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain organized digital files in Google Drive for all stock-related documentation.

Prepare and share daily/weekly stock reports through Google Sheets/Drive.

Keep records updated for management review.

5. Coordination Responsibilities

Coordinate with Purchase, Store Keeper, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.

Follow up on pending entries, material confirmations, and GRNs.

Support audits by providing required data from Drive/system.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in Google Drive, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and folder management.

· Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel.

· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

· Understanding of store and inventory processes.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
