Role: Store Executive
Experience: 4–6 years (Real Estate / Construction industry only)
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
What you’ll be doing
Managing site store operations end-to-end
Handling material inward & outward documentation and physical verification
Coordinating with vendors, site engineers & procurement team
Maintaining stock ledger, inventory records & daily material consumption
Ensuring safe storage & timely issue of materials at site
Tracking deliveries, shortages, and returns with zero excuses
Must-Have Skills
Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Construction – don’t apply if you’re not from this space
Strong material handling, GRN, stock maintenance & site-store workflows
Familiarity with building materials & site procurement process
Computer literacy: MS Excel, basic inventory software
Documentation & stock audit readiness mindset
