Stock Control: Implement stock control procedures, conduct regular audits, and minimize stock discrepancies. Material Handling: Ensure safe handling and storage of equipment, parts, and materials. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs related to inventory, storage, and distribution. Maintain records of stock levels, receipts, and issues, Use inventory management software or ERP systems.
