Store Coordinator

As a store coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth inventory management, maintaining stock levels, coordinating staff schedules, addressing customer concerns, and upholding company policies to achieve sales targets. It is essential to prioritize efficient and accurate store operations to guarantee a positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Inventory Management: - Monitoring stock levels and initiating reorders to maintain optimal inventory - Receiving deliveries, checking for accuracy, and processing stock updates - Managing stock rotation to ensure freshness and prevent expiry - Conducting regular inventory checks and addressing discrepancies Sales Operations: - Supporting sales associates in achieving sales goals and addressing customer inquiries - Managing point-of-sale (POS) operations and ensuring accurate transactions - Implementing promotional strategies and managing in-store displays Staff Management: - Creating and maintaining staff schedules to optimize labor costs - Providing training and coaching to sales associates on product knowledge and customer service standards - Addressing employee concerns and performance issues This position welcomes freshers and college students within the age limit of 18 to 30 years. The preferred language for communication is Tamil. The job types available are full-time, part-time, and permanent for fresher candidates. The expected working hours for this role are 40 per week.
