Store Coordinator

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Your key responsibilities will include: - Receiving materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department. - Overseeing store maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. - Thoroughly checking materials for correct quantity, specifications, and condition. - Organizing the store materials according to their category in designated locations. - Taking necessary measures for the proper care and preservation of materials. - Conducting periodic stock verification and ensuring stock accuracy at all times. - Issuing materials to the sites as per the requirements. - Keeping the store area neat and clean. - Implementing safety measures to ensure the security of the storehouse, materials, and personnel working in the store. - Generating reports and submitting them to concern authorities. - Carrying out the disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure. - Maintaining all store-related documents properly. Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of experience in a store management role. - Good knowledge of interior design and construction materials and furniture. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Flexibility to work on weekends as per store requirements. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires working in person at the specified location.
