Job Description

As a Store Coordinator at a hotelware products company located in Chinchpokli / Cotton Green, Mumbai, your role will involve: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Accurately entering and processing customer orders - Preparing and maintaining quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes - Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries - Maintaining up-to-date sales records and inventory levels - Generating reports for the team and management - Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for inventory needs - Building strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and supporting sales events In addition to the key responsibilities, the salary offered for this position is up to Rs 20,000 per month, which can be slightly increased based on your caliber.
