Store Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for inward and outward stocks, tracking inventory levels, planning purchases, and ensuring products are stocked. Additionally, you will oversee the general daily operations of the business, including administration, facilities, security, and customer service. Your role will require flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, as well as the planning of purchasing materials and overseeing general entries. You will also be involved in the preparation of reports, following up with drivers and trucks, lodging coordination, and material handling in an efficient manner. Your excellent communication and coordination skills will be essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate inward and outward stocks - Track inventory levels, plan purchases, and ensure stocked products - Oversee daily operations including administration, facilities, security, and customer service - Plan purchasing of materials - Oversee general entries - Prepare reports - Follow up with drivers and trucks for material coordination - Handle task prioritization in high-stress situations - Demonstrate good communication and coordination skills Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in stock coordination or similar role - Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-stress situations Please note that the company provides benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.
