Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve store performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Assistant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of store management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
