Role Description

This is a full-time Store Assistant position located on-site at our facility in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Store Assistant will be responsible for daily inventory management, maintaining organized records of stock levels, supporting retail sales operations, assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within the warehouse. Additionally, they will handle incoming supplies, manage product displays, and collaborate with the sales and logistics teams for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Retail Sales and Organization skills to manage inventory, organize stock, and support sales activities.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members for improved operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Prior experience in retail, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and inventory management software is preferred.
