Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage and oversee all store operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of construction material management and SAP B1 software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor daily material receipts, issues, and stock records in SAP B1.
• Coordinate with the purchase and project teams for timely material availability at site.
• Ensure proper inventory control, storage, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
• Manage and update GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), Material Issue Slips, and Return Notes.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as Stock Register, Material Consumption Report, and Daily Stock Statement.
• Handle vendor and transporter coordination for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store area at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Store Management within the Construction / Infrastructure industry.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, material classification, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Preferred in Material Management or similar).
