We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM Sales) to strengthen our institutional sales through both distributor networks and direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in distributor management, institutional sales, dealer creation, and promotional activities, with the ability to drive growth across multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Distributor Channel Management Develop and enhance distributor relationships to ensure effective sales strategies. Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, implementing strategies for improvement. Expand distributor exposure to strengthen market presence. 2. Institutional & Project Sales Drive institutional and project sales to achieve revenue targets. Identify and engage key institutional clients/projects. Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations. 3. Dealer Creation & Secondary Sales Build and maintain an active dealer network. Support and grow secondary sales across markets. 4. Inquiry Generation – Automobile Sector Generate leads and inquiries within the automobile sector. Convert potential customers into successful sales opportunities. Maintain a strong inquiry database and follow up for conversion. 5. Data Preparation – Door Manufacturing Prepare and manage accurate data for LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) and DVL (Decorative Veneer Lumber) products. Ensure timely availability of data for decision-making. 6. Advertisement & Promotional Activities Plan and manage promotional campaigns to boost sales. Execute advertisements and marketing activities effectively and on time. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in sales, distributor/channel management, or institutional sales. Strong understanding of dealer creation, institutional projects, and promotional campaigns . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in data management and reporting .
