Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, material receipt, storage, and issue of materials. The role requires strong coordination with purchase, production, and accounts teams to ensure accurate stock management and smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, material issue slips, and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating in ERP/SAP (if applicable).
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material planning and dispatch.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
• Handle vendor delivery coordination and material inspection support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as Store Incharge or Store Executive in a plant or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in ERP / SAP is preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Familiarity with safety and statutory norms related to stores.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
