Storage Engineer

As a Storage Administrator at 3i Infotech, your role will involve collaborating with vendors for ticket logging, resolution, updates, and escalation. You will prepare and maintain a Preventive Maintenance calendar, review NAS access control, and manage various Storage components such as Volumes, LUN, Aggregate, Pool, S3 bucket, and service levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing RAID or Array group management, S3 bucket provisioning, and configuration. Your tasks will also include performing diagnostic event logs, troubleshooting, and analyzing space utilization trends. Key Responsibilities: - Administer zoning and prepare MIR for major incidents - Review checklists and conduct repeat incident/alert analysis - Manage certificate and SAN fabric expansion - Monitor the health of storage app-specific suites and generate capacity management reports - Fulfill incident, request, and change management tasks - Integrate new devices into tools - Maintain SAN infrastructure connectivity and manage storage/SAN upgrades - Handle data migration and conduct monthly call analysis - Manage replication reconfiguration and audit administrator accounts - Administer Snapshot or Snap Mirror and prepare RCA for major incidents - Analyze repeat incidents/alerts and implement performance tuning as suggested by OEM - Update and maintain FMEA, CFIA, availability, and capacity management Qualifications Required: - Risk analysis skills with the ability to develop mitigation plans - Experience in executing continual service improvement plans - Proficiency in planning and conducting DR drills - Ability to prepare and update SOP and knowledge base - Experience in maintaining and updating Infra AS IS/Infra documents - Proficient in overseeing incident, problem, and change management, including updates/upgrades (Note: No additional company details were present in the provided job description.),
