Stock Manager

As an In-Stock Manager at Assiduus Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless availability of company products for sale. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to maintain optimal stock levels. - Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast demand and ensure adequate stock availability. - Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods. - Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like stock turnover rate, fill rate, and out-of-stock occurrences, providing regular reports to managers. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management such as overstocking, stockouts, and obsolescence. - Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging technology and automation where possible. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments including KAM, Supply chain, sales, and finance to align inventory management strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - 2+ years of experience in managing stock and supply chain management. - Experience in handling FMCG and CPG brands, with a preference for those in the healthcare, wellness, and beauty sectors. - Passion for operations excellence. - Prior experience in managing internal and external stakeholders. - Prior experience working in the e-commerce ecosystem.
